We’re looking for a commercially minded, analytically driven Associate to join our Food & Agriculture investment team. ABOUT THE JOB
Reporting to the Managing Partner, Food & Agriculture, you’ll contribute to investment analysis, execution, portfolio monitoring, and market research across a diverse set of agricultural and environmental opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in originating, evaluating, negotiating, and executing investments.
- Building and reviewing financial models, performing valuation/pricing analysis, and evaluating exit prospects.
- Supporting due diligence and preparing clear, concise investment recommendation materials.
- Working closely with portfolio companies on budgets, business plans, capital expenditure, and M&A analysis.
- Assisting with ESG action plans and reporting requirements.
- Conducting targeted market research on food, agriculture, and environmental markets.
- Supporting client reporting and coordination with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS/CRITERIA
- An undergraduate degree from a leading university. A strong academic record, particularly in an analytical major
- Minimum 2–5 years’ work experience in a strong professional services environment (e.g. investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or asset consulting/advisory)
- Strong financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of core accounting and valuation concepts.
- Will be required to travel domestically
